  • Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, role (e.g., superadmin, community admin, treasurer, auditor, member).
  • Community & event data: community name, type, contact details; events’ titles, purposes, dates.
  • Member records: member names and optional contact details as added by community admins.
  • Financial entries: contributions and expenses (amounts, dates, method, reference numbers, notes). We do not store full payment instrument details.
  • Log & usage data: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, pages/actions, audit logs.
  • Attachments (optional): files or bill images you upload for record-keeping.
  • Public report links: tokens used for read-only sharing of event statements.

3) How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service (authentication, role-based access, ledgers, reporting).
  • Maintain integrity and traceability of records (audit logs, HMAC checks).
  • Communicate with you (service messages, security alerts, support).
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address security or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

  • Within your community: users with appropriate roles can access relevant records.
  • With your direction: public read-only links for events (anyone with the link can view).
  • Service providers: vetted vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics) bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
  • Legal & safety: when required by law or to protect rights, security, and integrity.
  • Business changes: in case of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, consistent with this Policy.

6) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) to protect your data during cross-border transfers.
